My name is Kristen Lee and I own Pine and Puria and Pine and Harford liquor here in Tulsa. I've been involved with the stores for about four years now. I absolutely love downtown Tulsa, north Tulsa. There's a lot of growth happening. There's a lot of excitement. There's a lot of opportunity and a lot of growth that's going to be happening, And it should be good for the stores. I'm super excited. I was about a year into owning the business whenever the pandemic hit. Were very blessed to continue to stay open and continue to see growth. Were able to keep everybody employed and keep serving the community. Being a business owner is a lot of fun and very gratifying and challenging at times, but I love it. So we have been very blessed to still see increase in sales. We've seen increased year over year and couldn't be more happy with the n It's been really shocking. Operational challenges by far. Inventory management is huge and the system that I had in place before didn't allow me any access to the data, So it was very important for me to find something that I could access remotely, that I could have all the reporting that you can possibly imagine. And so that's when I found Corona. We buy and sell so quickly and get multiple trucks a week and prices change every single week. So, I'm very over the top, I would say, when it comes to doing research and knowing what all my options are. So I demoed everything out there. I looked at all the top 10 lists, did my own, And I was just really, really pleased with the user interface. And I just really And it was very easy to work with my account rep. I was over the top impressed with how easy it was to get this going. I mean, I'm not an IT person. I'm a technical person. But I mean, literally plug it in, you place a phone call, everybody, Most important thing in the liquor industry is inventory management. We buy and sell at such a rapid rate and product prices increase daily. So it's important for us to have, So Corona's reports on inventory and how you can handle your stock receipts and your purchase orders. It's all very seamless. One report that I found right away was I was able to on the back end calculate exactly what it cost me per hour to be open. And so since the laws have changed, we expanded our hours, So were able to calculate how much traffic and what the sales revenue was from a certain, It was awesome because the report was right there, was able to tell me that I made XML from 8 to 9 and I know what it costs to be open from 8 to 9. And so were able to adjust our hours accordingly. We just have real time information. I mean, all the times, all I have to do is have access to the web. I have it on my phone, So it's very convenient for me to be able to just log on and see what I need to see and make business decisions from afar. Marlins are everything. They're not huge, so they have to be accurate. The customer service was great, which is why I flipped my second store to Corona. I can call multiple times a day and talk to the same person or call multiple times a day and talk to multiple people. But everybody knows exactly what's going on and who I am and what, So it's been absolutely impressive all around. Everything is faster, easier, more intuitive. The training was maybe all of an hour and everybody was fully up to speed. It's just been super easy.
