Hi, my name is Mark. You don't know me, but I was looking at your website and I really think you have some potential here to really dominate your area if you just make a few simple changes. Bottom line, you can get yourself way more customers. I know you'really busy, so Invested a few minutes to make you this video to show you how you can convert more of the traffic on your website into customers and get more sales. Obviously, it's extremely important to get as much traffic or visitors to your website as possible, but what good will that do if they don't contact you or buy from you? If you're not convinced, run these n How many visitors do you get on your website? Let'say that's 500 per month. If you were to increase the percentage of conversions by, let'say, 5%, that would mean another 25 customers every month. That's 300 extra customers each year. Now multiply that n This is huge. Okay, so there are a few things you must do if you want to capture more of the traffic on your site and turn them into buyers. First, is your layout. It's important that when a visitor lands on your page that they can easily find what they're looking for. You need to put all the information your customer is looking for right in their face without scrolling or clicking around, but still keep it clean, simple to navigate and looking great. Here's an example of the websites I create for my clients. Remember, simple is better. We don't want any fancy flash animations or introductions because you don't want to distract your customer. Instead, you want to grab their attention and make them focus on what you want them to do, which is to get them to call you or fill out your contact form. Here's a sample header of one of our sites. As you can see, right on the top, you have your phone n That means people won't have to guess what to do next or look around for your phone n You want to put the most important information above the fold and just If your client needs to scroll down and read to find out what they need to do, they're just going to go somewhere else. Next, look over here to the right. This is a lead capture form. This is key. Some people may not be ready to pick up the phone and call you and want to request more information. Here, you can offer some sort of a bribe with some valuable information in exchange for their contact information. Another trick is to put this contact form on every page because you never know what page your clients will come in from. So if you have a form on every page, you're guaranteed they're going to see it. In order to give you a better idea of what works, I put together some of the sites we've done that get our clients more sales. Give me a call and I can send them over to you. One last thing, I know a lot of people focus on getting visitors to their site, but have you ever wondered what happens after they get there? I noticed you're not really tracking this. What I can do is show you how many visitors you get plus how many are turning into customers. Bottom line, you need reports. There's no need to blindly spend money online when you can see how well your advertising dollars are being spent.
