Central Tires

Alright, so CTIS, Central Tire Inflation. It's kind of a mythical thing among the off-road world. People ask, how does it work? Well, the center hub of a portal axle gearbox is hollow. So there's an air fitting on the back side. The hub is hollow and we have an air fitting that comes out the front side. Then we have a quick disconnect that goes together. And so far it seems to be working pretty good. Got a few little quirks to work out. This hub in particular has an internal leak. We need to pull it back apart. Again, nothing goes perfect, but we're almost there. Really cool setup when it's all said and done.
