On May 15, 2010 we stepped out in faith and opened the doors of Perry Automotive. It was our dream to have a successful business that would bless our family, but also be a blessing to others and the community. John Perry developed a strong work ethic from both his grandfather, Charles Perry, and father, Robert Perry, who were both life long automotive technicians. Charles Perry opened Perry Sunoco Station in 1952 on U.S. 31, he taught John’s father Robert the importance of doing things right and treating people with respect. John carries on that legacy today. We are well aware of the negative stereotypes associated with the automotive repair business and we were determined to change that in the minds of our customers. We developed a mission to give people quality automotive repair at an affordable price. We made a vow that we would not take advantage or intimidate people, especially women, who may have little or no knowledge of cars. We have a desire to change the culture of automotive repair by being honest and building relationships that will last a lifetime. We want our customers to feel confident knowing their vehicle will be getting only the repairs they need. We do our best to explain the repairs in a way that is easy to understand. It is our goal to keep your car running for as long as possible and to keep you and your family safe on the road. As our business has prospered since opening, we feel it is our responsibility to give back to the community. We do this through several local charities. Partnering with several local area churches to provide help to people in need with car repairs, through a program called Accelerate.
