My grandfather came over from Greece all alone, $20 sewn in his pocket in 1916, he was 13 years old and ends up here in Erie, Pennsylvania and makes a huge impact on the community. Probably now he doesn't even realize what he's done, he's been gone for 20 years. But he came here and j Started open to first motel, modern motel in Erie and then got into the restaurant business and had an only child, my father, and then my brother and I got involved in the business along with my sister and my mom was involved. So it's been a long journey, it's been a lot of fun. We keep building and adding and taking risks and the great thing is that we believe in our community, we believe in Erie and I think that's the most important thing. We could go outside of Erie and build more but we love Erie, we really believe in it. So we're focusing on this community and continue to build. It's adding something further to the product that we have to promote Erie. And it's a continuation of adding to things to take advantage of the Bayfront. We'really excited. I think the hotel is truly the first phase and that it will be providing and making the Bayfront more of a destination for our visitors coming in.
