Big O Tires Of American Fork

So last Friday, Thursday, went to Big O to get new tires and when we got them back we noticed this our front driver side wheel is a little different. First of all it's the big thing is it's missing one lug nut and then they have a different lug nut. It's chrome and it also doesn't fit our wrench that comes with the car. So it takes another size wrench and I went and asked the guys at Big O and told them this was unacceptable and Ryan, the guy who helped us, said that I should be thankful because these two studs were so rested that I wouldn't have been able to get them off had I had just a flat tire and had to do had to change it on the roadside. Told him it was unacceptable and he said well you can pay us to replace the studs but that's all he was gonna do. So I had to go find some I was able to find some in my own extra nuts and bolts place so I'm gonna just see how rested these are. Let'see I'll use some specialized equipment here and oh yeah this is brutal I might need oh no it looks Let'see hold on.
