One of my signature insecurities is that when I'm ignored, I ass About your worthiness, your abilities, whether you're lovable or likable or not. What does that matter to you? Now the answer to that question probably gives you a glimpse into an area where you need to hear from God. In the meantime, when you feel overlooked, ask yourself these two questions. What am I afraid is happening? In this moment where I'm feeling ignored or insignificant, what am I afraid is really happening? The second question, what is God telling me is really the truth about what's happening? Now look out for your reactions that seem out of proportion to the actual situation or when you have exceptionally strong emotions. Changing our ass Changing our reactions to being ignored or feeling invisible takes time and prayer. These feelings of being overlooked are an opportunity to look at something important. God wants to love you in a new way, to draw you closer, to help you realize that your value and dignity come from Him and no one else.
