Beyond The Attic Door

Hi, this is Shelley Hoffman with Remax in Central New York and as promised this is my weekly update of the market in Baldwin'sville and Liverpool. And today I'm standing in a great business. It's called Beyond the Attic Door at 5 West Genesee Street in Baldwin'sville. And if you take a look behind me, there'such an array of antiques, something for everyone. You really need to come in here and take a look at this business. It's really a great find here in Baldwin'sville. As for the market update, there were 10 houses that became active in the last seven days of those two of them were condomini One of them was a four bedroom house for $269,900 and the other one is a two bedroom for $69,900. So there's good range in that list of homes between those two. My favorite pick of the week though is a six-bedroom over in Liverpool that's listed for under $240,000. So if you need six bedrooms and you want to be in the Liverpool School District, give me a call, message me. We cannot certainly talk about that property and see if it'something that you want to take a look at. There was 20 sold properties in January this past week and what sold means is they were actually handed the key at closing and they can now get into that property. And the reason I say key to get into the property is two things. One, one was a rental so they didn't purchase the property but it's a new property to them so congratulations and the other one was a business. It was listed for over $750,000. It sold for $735,000 over in the Salina area of Liverpool. So congratulations to the buyers and the sellers who made those transactions happen and they're moving into different chapters of their lives.
