Hi, I'm Vikas Malani. I'm a tattoo artist, the founder of Body Canvas and my brother is a co-founder, Mickey Malani. He's in London. He himself is a good tattoo artist. He's more at the contemporary art and he's more at the spiritual tattoos. He was the one who actually made this thing possible because I was just another tattoo artist. In the year 1998, I started with a small charity show which was for an eight foundation. So that's where the beginning of Body Canvas and Cosmology started. My biggest inspiration for being an artist and a tattoo artist is my mother. She just told me one thing that do what you love and love what you do. After I lost her in 2004, I felt this is the only thing I have which is connecting me to her. I must have done more than 5000 tattoos by now. I make tattoos for people. I feel very personal. I feel very comfortable doing it for them. I am so involved with it emotionally, physically, mentally. I breathe tattoo and I would say a tattoo is in my veins.
