Our boss, Michelle Hamilton, she's really business savvy, opening all kinds of businesses and found that piercing and tattooing was More and more people were doing it and she decided to get in on that and opened up. We have a really huge, really broad spectr We've been around for so long. We have a pretty solid reputation. I mean, every shop has its ups and downs. And I think we've got that and we're trying to keep up with new jewelry styles and new ways of tattooing and piercing and trying really hard to get our customer service really up there. But we have a lot of really solid artists here. We have really solid piercers that we love our jobs and it really shows and it shows in our attitude and it shows in the work that we do.
