Black Widow Ink

There was a unique buzz around Calgary last weekend in part of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. That noise had Black Widow Inc. saying there are more permanent things than tattoos, our loved ones. All by giving half the proceeds made during a recent 24-hour tattoo marathon to the Canadian Cancer Society. One of the girls that works for me here had come kind of close to home for her mother-in-law's having issues where she's got her breasts removed, lymph nodes removed. So it was one of those things where, Green says customers who get cancer ribbons inked as well as Halloween-themed tattoos will continue to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society until the end of the Awareness Month of October.
