At the Golden Rule tattoo parlor on the corner of Roosevelt and Second Streets in downtown Phoenix, your body is a canvas. Situated in the middle of the city's lively arts district, the artists at Golden Rule are passionate about creating tattoos that express creativity and individuality. Stephanie Flannery, an artist here at Golden Rule, said her work is all about creating meaningful artwork that will last a lifetime. I'd If it's not Flannery said her love of ink existed before it was even legal for her to get a tattoo, but it was far from an adolescent phase. I would say I got my first real tattoo when I turned 18. For me, it was kind of For Flannery, the perfect tattoo was a colorful sleeve on her right arm.
