$ vidu00e9os Hi, I'm Josh Jacobson with 14 Studios, Studio Manager and Owner. I'm Greg Bojack and I'm the Audio Engineer. At 14 Studios we specialize in recording, mixing and mastering for the entertainment and music industry. And we also specialize in the legal industry, conducting audio evidence and forensic services. 14 Studios is located in downtown Boone, Iowa. We opened in August of 2014, yet the history and plans started long before. What was an old, deteriorating building was revived due to the dedication and craftsmanship of its owner and wife. Plans for the business started five years ago by first designing and engineering the acoustical space and then constructing the environment you see. The studio construction finished just in time for a new member of our family, Isaac, who was excited to be a part of the new business. Our mission was to create a business that would bring together the art and science of recording. Thus we spent over a year finding the right audio engineer that understood acoustics, his customer service driven and passionate about audio recording and mixing. We found that in Brett. Brett obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in recording arts at Full Sail University. His expertise, our environment and equipment has allowed us to make a positive difference in people's lives through the use of our forensic analysis techniques by cleaning up, enhancing and identifying specific frequencies and audio evidence. Our goal is to bring to the community and the state of Iowa professional audio services that support local talent with the best in class audio service through the use of new technology and expertise. We are looking for your vote to help us to continue to grow our goal. With any financial support, we plan to complete our construction by installing a new roof that is no longer offering a secure protection of our facility and equipment. Lastly, we would love to install digital recording console to allow our engineer to work faster and efficiently.
