Alright, so we are here with Nick from Breaking Ink. He is one of the major sponsors of H3. Nick, how did you get involved with H3? I was contacted by Kid Pistol. He first hit me up on Facebook and stopped into the shop, brought me a copy of his Karma CD and got the ball rolling from there. So you didn't know Kid Pistol at all before this? I actually did. How did Well, through tattoo and I tattooed him a few years back when I was doing him out of my house still. So where's your tattoo shop located? It's located at 230 East Main, Sweet M in downtown Hillsborough. How long have you been a tattoo artist? I've been tattooing for about 7 years now. And what got you into tattooing? I mean, it's a skill, it's hard to learn man. Well, that kind of crashed into the truth. If you would have told me 7 years ago I would tattoo and I wouldn't have believed you. But I always loved drawing. I had a friend that helped influence me a little bit. He was in a tattooing and kind of got me interested in it and decided to go through school, took the legal route and here I am today. That's awesome. And so what are you trying to get out of or what are you trying to do for Project H3? What's your involvement I just want to help in any way, shape, or form I can. I really think that it's important to embody the change that you wish to see in the world and being able to be a part of something So what are you doing for Project H3? Are you donating money or what's going on? I've actually put out two gift certificates for $125 each. Basically they're entered into the raffle so we figured So long term wise are you trying to be a long term sponsor for Project H3 for maybe when they go across the west coast? Absolutely. This is just the beginning really and I'm just Are you involved more than just being a sponsor? Are you just helping out with the planning and whatnot? Not so much. He just kind of ran a couple things. I stayed real busy doing what I'm doing but he asked me if I'd So from there we figured out how to help push this event, got the seed on the news on channel 12 and just really happy to help push this event and be a part of it. So what would you tell people The reward you get for helping people out It'something that when you can look back and look at the big picture and see that we're all together in this mix of life and just to be able to see someone that might be a little farther down in their luck and be able to help them out, help pick them up, help give them hope. That's really what this is about. And thanks for being part of Project H3 and keep it up.
