Five Point Nine Studios is Delaney Hutchings private tattoo studio, piercing parlor, and art gallery nestled on the corner of East State Blvd. and California Ave. in the East State Village Business District. We are conveniently located to serve our community by appointment with custom tattoo art and body piercings. We also display fine art by local artists. Delaney has been tattooing for 21 years in and around the Fort Wayne area. Our studio complies with all state and local Board of Health codes and standards. Delaney is in the business of creating amazing one of a kind custom tattoos for our patrons, and they love her because of it. Taking art to a new level...... Justin Casiano is a custom tattoo artist, he is currently by appointment only. He has a degree in art from St. Francis Collage and tattoos exclusively at our studio.
