I have worked at several shops in Iowa and finally decided to open my own. I started tattooing in Iowa City under the training of Davey Jones and Kris Evans after Davey. Without you both I would not be where I am many thanks. I prefer to do custom tattoos as opposed to flash and exact replication of pre existing tattoos on others. Its always fun to be pushed as an artist though to try to emulate a new style of tattoo art or if I am lucky to put my own spin on recreating a piece by another artist! I am currently looking for another full time artist to work in the shop. A strong portfolio and a great attitude are a must , as well as good people skills. I have one apprentice for now, if you are interested i will need to a good portfolio of multiple styles of art as well as mediums. Serious inquiries only.
