Red Dragon Tattoo & Piercing is a unique shop with a unique history. The shop's layout was originally designed and personally built by owner Gabriel Lowe in the fall of 2009. As the doors opened early the next year, it was clear Red Dragon Tattoo & Piercing was the newest, nicest, and cleanest shop in Cincinnati. But Gabriel wanted more than just a beautiful shop, he wanted great artists as well! And great artists were found! J Fellows, and Jocelyn Taylor quickly became the heart of Red Dragon with their amazing tattoo's (click on an artist to the left for more info).
