People come from all walks of life. We want everyone to know that we're with them. We support them. We're the Delphanis and this is Zebra Tattoo and Body Peer Sting. Zebra Tattoo and Body Peer Sting has been our business since 1984. We've been doing tattoo and Body Peer Sting and offering a wide variety of Body Peer Sting jewelry. We get people from all over the world coming to the Bay Area and then visiting our shops. Customer service is primary. Every decision that we make is going to have to be aligned with that. That's what we practice. In the beginning of 1984, my business was strictly designing stage clothing and accessories for rock and roll and heavy metal musicians. San Francisco, that block up Broadway, it was a hub for all concerts. I found the space right there on 400 block up Broadway and that's where I started the first business. That was a success from day one. About five years later, I felt that Tattoo and Body Peer Sting would be a good addition, which was unique. There really wasn't a shop that had retail and then Body Art Studios. That's how I combined all this. At the moment, we have four tattoo artists and one tattoo apprentice. We have an artist for everyone. We have Brian who does incredible portraits and then we have Marcus who would focus more on realism. You can show him anything and he'll deliver that to you. We have Lourdes. She focuses more on very fine line tattoos. From a piercing standpoint, we can do anything. We have 11 body piercers and four piercing apprentices and they can do it all. We listen to the customer and what is it exactly that they want and what they're looking for. We combine that level of service while applying our knowledge. We want to be remembered by that experience and that interaction. Tattoos, ear sings, jewelry, those are all secondary. Hospitality truly is the core of our business. We embrace everybody.
