Hi, I'm Safe Mana and I'm the owner of Mana Bakery. So I started it less than a year ago, so it's going to be a year in March. It's been quite fun and it's grown considerably since then. I'making sourdough brioche donuts. It's one of my best sellers. They're fermented for over two days, it takes over two days to make the stone. And then it's coated in vanilla sugar that I make at home. It'scented with vanilla beans and it'stuffed with vanilla cream. Most of my customer base are temple students, but now I've sort of expanded to UPEN. I've got UPEN students coming in and I've got also working adults who hear about word of mouth. And for the next year I'll be doing more pop-up events around the city, around campus as well, to sort of grow and gain more traction.
