The Bunzels we feature USDA Prime Beef, it's all Midwestern beef. We also have a grass-fed, flax seed-finished USDA Choice Angus Beef. What'special about the Choice Angus Beef is it's 100% grass-fed. Flax seed finishing actually takes and lowers the amount of LDL cholesterol in the meat by 40%. So it's a red meat that's actually pretty good for you. At Bunzels we have eight full-time butchers on staff. One of the things that you'll experience when you come into Bunzels is the fact that everything you see in this meat case, with the exception of the kosher beef ranks, we either cut or produce here. We're very proud of the fact that we're up to 43 different types of bratwurst and sausage. We make all of our own smoked sticks. We do all of our own smoking as far as our s We do a natural casing wiener and I've been told that our Andui sausage is one of the better Andui's that's in the city. One of the featured improvements over our last location is we actually have a scratch bakery now. Joe Sholty is our scratch baker and we make all types of our own fresh bread rolls, all kinds of sweets. The cinnamon morning buns are awesome. After this brief tour of Bunzels I'm actually going to pass off to John Adams who is our Deli department manager. Hi my name is John, the manager over at Bunzels in the Deli and I handle the bakery retail. So here at Bunzels in our Deli we try to do everything we can to be 100% made from scratch. There's only a couple items in my case that I don't make here in-house but almost everything else is made here in-house from our turkey and gravy, our roast beef and gravy. Got a lot of different options. We're going to do a case change for the springs. We're going to see a lot more of the garden fresh salads coming in, a lot less of the hearty salads going out. I always offer some heat and eat options for families on the go if you're looking for something to eat and it's five o'clock and you can't figure out what you're going to do for dinner. You can always come and see me here. I've always got things Definitely are one of our top sellers. In addition to that we also have a bunch of fresh jelly meats that we caught here in-house including our roast beef which in my opinion is probably the best out there. We have it trimmed in our meat department over there and then we slow roasted overnight. We only use three things this season. Salt, pepper and garlic. It's all you need. No preservatives, nothing else. Do the same thing with our hams, both our smoked and our baked hams. Made here in-house, made by us, handled by us, nothing funny about it. In addition to that we also have our hot case over here and every day I have a full menu of things that go into our hot case. We also try to throw some special items in today for a good example. We've got turkey and gravy and roast beef and gravy available for sandwiches.
