Tell us a little bit about what makes Blues Creek Farm meats different than other meats. Well, we're a whole animal butchery so we've got beef, lamb, pork, goat and veal. We actually raise it ourselves with no growth hormones and antibiotics. We kind of do things the old fashioned way that we are grandparents and great grandparents did. It's just one of those things where you can come down and you can actually meet the person who's raising it, raising it yourself. We're talking about holidays a lot and of course We do actually. We actually offer gift cards and we can do them in any amount. We also have gift certificates for our meat cutting and sausage making classes. The meat cutting and sausage making classes are really unique because it'something that's going to be a memory for them. They're going to come in, they're going to enjoy it and have a great experience and the sausage making, they're actually making their own sausage that they're going to take home with them. What holds in the future for Blues Creek Farm? Well, we're actually in the process of opening our second location in Plain City, Ohio. This location is going to be a little bit different than what we have here. We will have the whole animal butchery but we will also be doing a farm to table eatery.
