Circle Food Store has served the 7th Ward and the greater New Orleans community as the ultimate one stop shop for years. This locally owned store has been shuttered since Hurricane Katrina, but the store and its owner are making a comeback.
Well, I think they're going to be shocked because originally they, Brock Market, but I they didn'talk about it, they did it. And that's kind of what I hope that some of the neighborhoods, some of the neighbors that live in this area, people who used to come here when they were kids, that they look at it and they say, wow, they really did honor the history of this location, and they're offering us a service in an area that's a food desert right now at great pricing to be able to come and get our medicines filled, go to the butcher, be able to get our phones repaired, and, Yes, it's the Circle Food Market, right? And people know it as the Circle Food Store, but it's the, So my partner's done a great job with partnering with other vendors besides just us trying to control everyt
