That's right. Well, I'm here at Trader Joe's in Medford where they're getting ready to open their doors for the very first time in just a couple hours. So I got my cart, I got my shopping list, and it's empty for right now. I won't stay that way for very long. So we're going to take a look around the store. Now, as you can see, employees are still over here kind of getting ready and getting things stocked. The manager tells me that it took them about a couple weeks to get the shelves stocked now. Now, one of the things that employees say is very important to them is becoming a part of the local community. If you take a look at the murals up here on the wall, all of these murals all over the store were actually designed to look Now, If you take a look right here, all of the price tags were also hand drawn by all their employees. So, and the store says they were able to hire about 70% of the employees they hired were local people. And I really I feel so relaxed and yet so alert.
