So, guys, join me and let's talk to this owner. Hello, Pinoy. Alright guys, now I'm here with Mr. Jimmy David. He is a very successful businessman so I'll meet with him about Breast of Pinoy. Mr. Jimmy, thank you for coming here. Can you introduce yourself to them? I'm Jimmy David, the owner of Breast of Pinoy and Capitaine Oriental Store. Here we started to open our Breast of Pinoy just last year, December 28, 2010. But my store is, we're open last July 2005. Okay, so where is this located? Well, we're located in 3536 West Lawrence Avenue and besides that is my store at Capitaine Oriental is 3538. It's in the corner of Drake Street in between Drake and Central Avenue. It's in Malabita, South place. And so, what is your business hours open from Monday to Friday? I'm sorry, it's Monday to Thursday, it's 9 to 8. Friday and Saturday, we open from 9 to 2am. Okay, so Tito, I just want to know, we all were open during San Yopunak You? Well, you will just pop up on my mind. So I said, oh, but this is a good name and Yes, Capitaine. It's a friendly name. So that's why even though I'm not English, but Yeah, that's good. And Tagalog. Yes. And where did you choose this type of business? Well, actually, I really lucky because Yeah, they want to skip the food. Because of the Filipino. Because of the Filipino, yes. Because of the Capitaine, we have to eat the Filipino food. So, what is the most ordered item on the menu? Okay, right now, our popular menu is, you know, camping, like the Puluta y Caldereta, camping, seasick, and the most n And one more thing is, if you have some we accept reservation for those people who are celebrating their birthday. Okay, so those people have a birthday, in the birthday, we bring appetizer. Wow, birthday can come up? Yeah, so, what do you expect from your customers? Well, I'll explain to all of our customers, is, of course, when they come here, for sure, they're gonna enjoy in our caroke. Especially, we have pre-caroke here, and especially our Pulutan at night. And besides, we have some entertainment here too. So, just Saturday, First Saturday, we start from 9 to 2 a. m.
