We're here at Woodbury Lakes where there's a n The first improvement is the Alamo Cinema Draft House, which is a 42,000 square foot theater with 950 seats and 10 screens. That theater includes restaurant dining, beverage service, and of course, recliners. The next exciting activity occurring at Woodbury Lakes is reworking of the Main Street. Main Street currently is parallel parking and will be updated to provide pull-in parking spaces which will additional parking to serve the existing retailers. Another improvement to the area is in the addition of what we call Lot 4, which is on the north side of the project. What is being proposed is an additional 40 parking spaces that will again additional parking capacity to serve the retail users. The last improvement at Woodbury Lakes is a change from the Thomasville Furniture Site to Duluth Trading Company and that's located in the eastern portion of the project area. The Duluth Trading Company project is approximately 9,000 square feet and will take the entire Thomasville space.
