The Mayfair Collection is a 400,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off 5th, Dick's Sporting Goods, DSW and Ulta at Hwy 45 and Burleigh Street in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The development also features an eclectic mix of local restaurants including four concepts from The Bartolotta Restaurants (ABV Social, Cafe Grace, Taqueria El Jefe, and Osgood's), Pizza Man, AJ Bombers, Smoke Shack, and Holey Moley Coffee + Doughnuts.

When HSA Commercial Real Estate proposed the project for a city-owned site in Wauwatosa, the developer was faced with the difficult task of delivering desirable residential units in a struggling area. The city's master plan reinforced Wauwatosa's desire for a large-scale residential development in the triangle bordered by US But the site was not necessarily suited for that purpose. The response became to attempt to build up the area's attractions before trying to draw in residents.
