Hey Waco, Greg Glyme with Coal Banker Commercial here. We're standing at the Containery Development at the corner of Forth and Jackson. The Containery is probably one of the most exciting and most anticipated developments in downtown Waco in a long time. As you can see, we're in between the Silo District and the River Square District. I keep getting phone calls and text messages asking, what are these shipping containers going up on 4th Street? I thought no better way than to give you a quick insight and virtual tour of the construction going on here and show you what the container is all about. Alright we're now standing at the main entrance into the Containery Development. It opens off of 4th Street and as you can see behind me we have multiple levels of containers that will be filled with many retail and office type uses. The third and fourth stories of this even have Airbnb style hotel rooms that will be available for nightly rentals. As we pan over we've got the old warehouse building that is going to have the backside of it filled with a food hall type concept with food vendors that we still have availability in. They're storefront retail spaces at the front of the building. You'll see the container stacked high. That is actually the elevator shaft that will be lifting container- These containers on the first floor of the development offer great opportunity for many different types of retail uses. The metal doors come off and they'replaced with the storefront glass that you'd see on your more conventional style retail center. But they offer many different possibilities for many wear from boutiques to clothing stores. We've seen some food uses inquire about this and we'd encourage you to come take a tour in person to see if your business would work inside of one of these containers. Alright we're now standing on the second story of the building in what's going to be over a 3,000 square foot event venue. This is going to be the future home to weddings, receptions, there's going to be birthday parties, corporate events. This is a great amenity to the container and it's really going to help drive a lot of traffic to this project. Alright so the basement down here offers another unique possibility. When we first started this development we didn't even know the basement existed until they started moving dirt and found it. So the basement has been adapted for reuse and it's going to offer additional storage capability for the retailers. There's going to be remainder space down there that would make a great space for a speak easier restaurant or another unique type concept.
