Antelope Valley Mall

So this is the front of the mall. There it goes. And we are walking towards it. This is the Council of Valley Mall. The only mall within a 40 mile radius. The next two malls is North, is in Bakersfield, and the mall going south is Santa Clarita. And Santa Clarita is quite small. And this mall is fairly large. Here are the CTC pennies. Gau shocks, which will be the morning goods and an extension of the mall. Here we have the Red Robin and the Greenhouse Cafe. This mall is located in Rancho Vista Boulevard on the west side of Palmdale, which is located near Quartz Hill. A part of Palmdale that actually has the most income generating about 80,000 to 100,000 a year. Greenhouse Cafe. This is pretty much the size of the mall. And we are here. Paint a dream. This morning's tour. We have GameStop here. This tour and this location is going to be K Jewelers. So they're coming up this year. We have Lids, the Body Shop. We have Kevin Jewelers. Up ahead is the Food Court. And this location here is the prospective location for all you beauty featuring Mater, Cosmetics, and skincare. We have ISO, we have Sanria, Bath & Body Works, Sunglass Hut, T-Mobile. So this is a very, very first, I guess, four-way as soon as you walk in. That is the front entrance that way. And this is about 10 to 15 steps away from the Food Court. And the entrance to Dillard's. You go to the right, see the entrance to a Macy's. And we'll take a walk to the Food Court real quick and come right here. You see, we have the Vitamin World, Dairy Queens, and the Remembered, the Motherhood Maternity. These are all very big stores here. And they have some kiosks for rent. And here we are to the Food Court. So you see it's really close. This is one of the busiest areas in the whole mall. It's fairly huge. It's about 15 to 20 restaurants. There are still yours as you can see. And we're heading right up to the entrance of the mall. Now this is just the main entrance that we walk through. There's about four different entrances into the mall. This being the major one, the mall is huge as it extends back past Dillard's. And where we're going to go right now, it actually extends. If you make a right point from the Food Court, you'll see a Sears location all the way down. And about 40 or 50 shops before you head to Sears. And if you go to the left, which is this way, it's T. C. Pennies and Macy's. Which is also another very desirable hot department stores. And it extends pretty far out, pretty much. And let's take one more look at the corner spot here that's available for us. Quite a great offer. Something I can't discuss here since it is confidential. As you can see, prime area, great location. Especially during Christmas, this place will be packed. The majority of their cons And sometimes from, I believe they call it Tel-A'vi or Tel-A'vi. We have Mahavi, we have California City. And they usually come here to shop. So this is the end of this tour. I would take you to the rest of the mall.
