An update now on the armed robbery at North Dartmouth Mall. Dartmouth police tell us a grand jury has indicted the suspect 26 year old Michael Kilroy. They say he worked at the Hollister clothing store and hid in a dressing room on December 21st until closing time. Police say he then put on a ski mask and held up his fellow employees at gunpoint.
