I was actually born at the Naval Hospital here in Long Beach where the Long Beach Town Center is now standing. Long Beach Naval Hospital closed in 1994 and they turned it into a shopping mall there. A lot of memories here. It's Even though a shopping mall apparently stays here but the memories of what it launched the Navy Hospital always was in the minds of everybody.
