The Heritage Square was originally conceived of by Disney executives that wanted to build the Disneyland of the West. And they did that in the late 50s, early 60s. And these folks turned out to be a little crooked and went under and took a lot of people's money and Heritage Square closed soon after it opened. But at that time it was called Magic Mountain. Reopened in the 70s and it's been running ever since it's had its ups and downs. I bought the amusement park and the garden grill in the late 90s. I leased it from the landlord and had it for 20 years now. It was a great community resource and I think what people appreciated about it is it was kind of quirky and a little different. How many places today can you go to an amusement attraction and you don't pay for parking? And then you walk in and there's no entry fee. And then also you can bring in your own food and you can be at the foothills in this beautiful setting and be a family of four or five and spend $30, $40 for the whole day. And that type of situation is a dying animal. But I think the memories from generation to generation, there were people that I hired when they were 15 years old that have come back with their kids and the nostalgia, I think that's the sad part about it. Everything basically sells and has to be out of here no later than November 13th. So everything, all the rides, all the attractions, everything sold to various people from around the country. Some of the best deals that the guests got were on some of the bigger rides And then some of the little stuff, people paid even more than what they could pay at Kmart or Amazon for some of the little stuff. Maybe it was for nostalgia reasons, I'm not sure. But all in all, we won some, we lost some. I'm just glad it's coming to an end and it's a bit of a sweet moment. Thank you to everyone for showing up today and thank you to the public for supporting us for all these years and just a lot of gratitude.
