Hey, I'm Kevin John in Fairfield and for the last 15 plus years, this carousel has kept mall goers entertained at Solano Town Center. But unfortunately, this carousel won't be here that much longer. Yep, the days are n According to marketing director Sydney Sweeney, the carousel's owners have decided to shut down the operation because the carousel hasn't been making much money last several years. Apparently mall carousels aren't as popular as they used to be. The mall has decided to offer free rides on the carousel today from four to six p. m. to give attendees one last time to have a good spin on the merry-go-round. Many of them who aren'too thrilled that the carousel is leaving. It's really sad. I mean, I've been bringing my daughters here since they were little.
