I'm so excited about this new mural I created out here at Marketplace 99 in Elk Grove for new Mark Merrill. Hi, I'm Hailey Titus. I'm an artist, muralist, and creator. Public art is important because it helps spread joy, positivity, and bring smiles to those who pass by the artwork. This mural was created to highlight Dina Creaser's artwork that focuses on spreading joy, love, hope, and positivity. My hope is that when people pass by this mural, they feel inspired by the bright colors, large florals, and positive messaging.
