San Jacinto Mall is a very large regional shopping mall located in Baytown, Texas along Interstate 10. It is currently managed by Fidelis Realty Partners. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1156000sqft.In 2006 the mall's current owner has announced that it is putting the mall up for sale.
Today we're excited because the Sanicino Mall is the beginning of the end of that. It has certainly had its heyday, but we're excited that the Sanicino marketplace will soon begin. I used to come to this mall when I was a kid, when it first opened. I used to throw pennies in the well that was in there or the fountain that was in there, and so I had fond memories here. We grew up here a lot. Just, They were here when it was torn down. I was here when it was built.
