Holiday Bliss

I could have never imagined 15 years ago that were going to be sitting here having this conversation. My name is Ryan Smith and I'm the owner and founder of Holiday Bliss. Everybody always asked me I can remember being three or five years old and looking so forward to November I would help my dad put the lights up outside and I would help my mom decorate the tree. Those memories are really what are behind Holiday Bliss. I had heard about Ryan for several years and my sister-in-law knew how much I loved Christmas and she said I have the person you need to meet. There started to be people who said would you consider helping me. There was a whole group of people out there that wanted what we had done out of a hobby and as a passion. When we first meet with a client or Ryan meets with a client he talks to them about what they want and then Ryan goes from there and draws up a plan for him. He goes to market and he picks out everything from the tree to the lights to the ornaments. Each tree seems to tell a story and that's what makes it so different than anything else that I've ever seen. What kind of business is Holiday Bliss? It's a relationship business. Yes we are selling products, we are selling the service but at the core of this we are a business of relationships. I have cultivated friendships with many of the suppliers who keep us stocked with high quality beautiful artificial Christmas trees and beautiful stems and ornaments and garlands and reese. Obviously first and foremost are the relationship that I have with my clients and my customers. They are the individuals and the families that allow us to keep doing this really great work and certainly all of the folks on the team who work tirelessly to make sure that we are delivering on our promise. That's what this business is. Everybody works so well together we're so collaborative. Working with Ryan and his team has been one of the best times I've ever had. People are counting on you to create a holiday that they don't want to ever forget and that this holiday will be their best holiday ever and that's our job is to make it the best holiday that you ever have. Core of our business that is what we're here to achieve. When somebody has trusted me with making sure that we can create that space and create that emotion that'something that I'm honored and certainly very touched to be a part of and We had a lot of people who were visiting family and friends saying is there a website that I can go to. We knew that we had to expand our online presence and we've now shipped to all 50 states in the country. So I go to market in January of 2025 and I'm buying for Christmas of 2025. Dallas is where I go to market. There's two markets one in Atlanta one in Dallas. It says an awesome experience. Think of a really large mall floors and floors of Decorating can be a little messy and that's all gone. We're able to carry on other traditions without feeling tired and burdened. Holiday Bliss is absolutely amazing. You really want to transform your space during the holidays. It certainly is the right company to work with. The question we always get is if I'm thinking about doing something on my own when do I come to Holiday Bliss. The answer is really easy. Anytime you want to do something interior where you want to create a lot of warmth. We want to create a lot of dimension. Where we started back in 2010 to where we are today in 2024 has given me a tremendous amount of joy. Christmases will come and go but for the year that we're in we're creating the best holiday yet.
