It's just a good variety, a good mix of people and all these people work really hard and it's good for them. At Market Wego they're smoking more than 1000 pounds of undue sausage this week. A lot of people are coming in for our cornbread crawfish dressing. We make that all here in house. We have stuffed chickens with it as well. We do undue sausage chicken sausage. We do crawfish green onion sausage on our smoker outside.
