We're so excited to be here in this historic building, the Sibley Building part of the Mercantile team. We can't wait to get started. Being a part of the Mercantile is so exciting because I feel I love to be a part of new business ventures and helping entrepreneurs and business owners open up and be a part of something new. It's very rewarding and I think it's a lot of fun. To the young, to the old, I think that's what's exciting whether you're a millennial or someone coming downtown to see theater, whatever age, whatever, it's just going to be a great place where everyone can get together and enjoy some really great food. I think oftentimes people feel Do I want to eat something that I'm craving or do I want to eat something that's going to make me feel good? And I'm hoping we can bridge that gap and we can show people you can crave awesome, healthy food and we can take that same awesome, healthy food and elevate it to a degree where it is just as delicious as anything else. Sibley have a really rich background. I mean, it was exciting once. It was lively. Hopefully we can help bring them back. You can't wait to bring some fun, some food, some laughter to this building. This is downtown Rochester.
