What's going on guys? Shane here at Custopets of Fabrication in Watkinsville, Georgia. We just designed a new unit that I think is going to be really interesting for a lot of folks that do just straight heat, direct grilling. This unit right here is six feet long, 32 inches in depth. It has automatic lid catches on both. So you get a full flat top surface. These are removable grates for cleaning, but they stay stationary as you can see there. Both lids have vents. You'll be able to use this thing independent. One side or the other you don't necessarily have to crank up the whole grill. This is your charcoal basket that actually slides the entire length. You can pull this out all the way to the end. It has catches. You can reload your charcoal, slide it back in. It also has a second level where you can take this basket and move it up here and get a searing effect on your cook. That level is about seven inches below the cooking surface. The door has a self locking handle. So it's good and secure. All you have to do to let the lids down is literally just put a little pressure there. It slides down in place. This one does the same thing. This unit right here can be built standard stand alone unit just Or we can incorporate it into a larger size trailer and get that to suit your needs.
