Hey There ! Welcome to { Ollie & Zoe } ! We are photographers who couldn't find the props we wanted so decided to make our own and share with the world !! Payment ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At this time we only accept PayPal and payment is expected at time of purchase otherwise the item will be relisted. You do NOT have to have a pay pal account to pay by Paypal. All sales are subject to Texas Sales Tax unless you give us your tax exemption number. Cancellation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If at anytime before the item is shipped you decide to cancel your order I will issue you a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Shipping ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Product will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. I will use the address on the PayPal Receipt so PLEASE be sure its correct or that you specify which address you would like it to be shipped. I Will ship orders out on Thursdays after payment is received. For an example if you purchase an item on Friday it will not go out until the following Thursday. You can have items Expressed which will go out the NEXT day for an additional fee. Please contact me for specific rates. Any orders that have been paid with eCheck will ship out after payment is received ( usually 3-6 days after you pay on paypal ) Refunds and Exchanges ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to the nature of my business we do not offer refunds, and prefer the customer to ask any and all questions before a decision to buy. If you are truly dissatisfied with your item I will offer an exchange for another item in the same category and of equal or lesser value. Please be advised that I will not be responsible for the shipping cost resulting in an exchange. Additional Policies and FAQs ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please also note that the ACTUAL color may vary depending on the devise your using. We will do our best to describe product colors but cannot guarantee 100% color match. Product sizes vary slightly due to the fact the product is handmade by us. I recommend hand washing with cold water, gently squish out extra water with an absorbent towel, and lay flat to dry. Please take caution do not rub in the towel, stretch, twist and or wring because this could disrupt shape of product. Due to the nature of some of our products, some may contain rustic/ vintage qualities, paint chipping, rust, etc. Thank you for taking the time to read our shop Policies ! :)
