Tucked inside Red Mill Commons shopping center next to many big name stores, you'll find Cottage Lunacy. It's a gift shop featuring home decor, arts and crafts made by more than 70 artisans across Hampton Roads. Ornaments, we keep our ornaments out all year because we do get the tourists from Sandbridge and a lot of people buy ornaments when they travel. Some of the artwork here is made by local school teachers.
