Who are we? Well, we are Karen and Lucky Rose, and our store is located on our family farm in Underwood, Indiana. It was started after a suggestion by our late friend, Karen McMichael. For 20 years Karen frequented yard sales and was constantly looking for items for friends and family. She opened the store in May 2000, selling Architectural salvage items, Antiques, collectibles, quality repurposed household items, and #1 and secondary metal siding (a spin off from our other business, a construction company). Lucky says we are "the biggest shopping mall in South Finley Township" We have continued to steadily grow with new and salvaged kitchen cabinets, cabinet doors and drawer fronts, windows & doors, vanity & counter tops, we have lots of household and decorating items and whatever else we can find. Our goal is customer service and we will gladly help you figure out what you need for your next project.
