Cipponeri Family Farms

We sell at the Low Park Farmers Market and it just looks My name is Peter and the farm's name is Sipinary Family Farms. This farm is located in Turlock, California. We started in 1992 and we mostly serve as Bay Area Farmers Markets. My parents started it and I enjoy helping them. It's just a family legacy. So it's just a legacy of my entire family. We have ranches that are on rivers so we get to go fishing and all the barby queues and the camaraderie. I was surprised to see how much other activities hunting, You could drive quads and dirt bikes. I don'think people, I wake up in the mornings between five and six in the morning and I go out. We check fields, we irrigate, we watch the guys that are harvesting, make sure everything looks good and on the weekends I tend to go to one or two farmland markets. You know we start in the winter, everything's dormant, to the spring everything's leafing out, we're thinning, s We mostly produce stone fruit, Italian vegetables and we specialize in yellow peaches. We're IPM which is Integrated Pest Management so we're a little more sustainable than organic I feel. We take pride in our products, it means a lot. We just like to see the end product of We pick it a little bit on the riper side so it'll be more of a tree ripen peach so it's a shorter shelf life but it's way more nutritious. The Oak Park Farmers Market is important to me because I really enjoy the manager and the community and what she does for all the customers and our farm really enjoys it being part of that and it's local for us and we love to involve in local communities.
