I am going to show you an easier way to enter into the sites to look for exactly what we are looking for. W Let'scroll all the way down. You can just click a C and that will take you over into the Category. Then look for click that. Back up at the top. When we T It closes on October 6th, 2023, beginning at 10 am. If you take a look at that is somet When entering into auctions online, they will tell you that it's unknown. That's because they don't want to be liable. You have placed a bid and then you go and pick up the item. It's not what you were expecting. You expect them to not hold you accountable for the amount that you bid for. They put that in just as a clause for their sales for protection. When we go through t I'm going to move forward and click on to this photo by hitting its lot n When you hit this lot n T Right now, it shows that it's under the description. T It has nice baskets and it tells you where it's located, w You will know where you'll have to go to pick up the item, w Because I live in O But if you're in the state of Texas, you're pretty lucky because they always have pretty much a nice variety of equipment and quality at that. So this is just the last person's bidder n That represents an actual person that is bidding. So the current amount that people have already bid it for is up to 40 bucks. And the next bid require is by $10 additional, so you will have to bid it for $50. And how you bid is right in t You would just enter into that n And so when the other people begin to bid, you will win all the way up to 100 bucks unless someone else bids over 100 bucks. Now by me looking at t So even if you won t Okay, once again, it's up to you to kind of look at the picture really good and see if t You'll often find that the actual auctioneers will write in a white chalk the bidder that excuse me the lot n So a lot 24 in t So if you had to call in and ask a question, you will say hey I'm looking at lot 24 and they will be able to give you information about lot 24. And sometimes they're nice enough. If it's not too far from them, they'll actually go and take additional pictures and upload it for you to answer some of your questions as well. Okay, just depends on the auction, but these guys were native bait auctioneers. I've used them several times and they seem to be pretty good at what they do. Okay, so you will go ahead and putting your n Okay, and you will receive an email or a text message saying, okay, you're outbid or you're the top winner or you're the top bidder. So there's a communication that takes place back and forth. But when I'm bidding, I oftentimes, If I really, really wanted, I'm eyeballing it. Okay, so I just showed you that lot. Let me come back out and come back out. And I'm going to show you some other t And I want to Okay, because it is a commercial changing table with the pullout steps and also a drawer locking cabinet underneath. And those are hot commodities and we all know that those can be up to $1,500. Those can be up to $2,000. These things are really expensive when it comes to purchase them flat out new and then waiting for them to arrive by, Okay, so here I see a couple of flaws, but they're not deal breakers. When I look at t Even if the auctioneer or anyone else said they have sanitized it before I bring it into my facility, I would have already sanitized it very well and then put it into my classroom. But when you see t I see on the top of the changing table, there's debris from being in the warehouse. That's not a deal breaker for me. I also see there's no paper for there's no paper for you to change the infant. But that's not a deal breaker. I can buy it by it. I see that there's not a mattress pad for on top, I can buy it for a couple of bucks. Okay. So one of the t And sometimes you'll open up the cabinet and there's a key inside that the auctioneer has taped. Okay. So again, those are questions you can ask when through that before you completely excuse me before you decide to bid. Let'scroll down here. And there's only one in t Here we go again to the, to the right. T Here's the description. Okay. And here's the bids. There's only one person that bid. Here's the, there's the bidder n The current amount is only $5. If no one comes in and bid for that $10, that person has won t Wouldn'that be outstanding? And believe it or not, it has happened before. Sometimes you can walk out with big, crazy, crazy deals just because maybe other daycare owners providers or administrators or teachers, they just don't see it or don't know to go to these sites and look for these great deals. So, so far again, it's only at five bucks. Guess what? I would be comfortable with bidding all the way up to I will be comfortable bidding all the way up to 300 bucks because t Just needs a little bit of TLC. Okay. I'm going to exit out one more time and I'm going to show you another lot. Lot n That is a refrigerator and pantry and it's blonde and w I t And let'see. T Again, t And so far, again, only one person bid it. And it's at $5. I would go as I wouldn't even mind paying 60 bucks. I wouldn't even mind paying 60 bucks for t Sometimes you can see really well the at the bottom and it's got a little bit of blur here, but sometimes you can see really well the name brand. I don't see it kind of looks But still, I really That's a good looking piece. Okay. Let's back out again. I'm going to show you some t Okay. T And I'm going to show you what all they got for a little bit of money. So let's look at option n I t Let's take a look here. Yep. For 41. Yeah. Okay. So on the first image, you'll see cubby shelves. You'll see a play refrigerator, a library stand. Looks Let me click over. T I see one, two, three, four, five, six, six other cubbies there. I see a book holder here. And excuse me, here's another two That's eight cubbies. Okay. Hopefully you are knowledgeable on how much t Again, it may need a little bit of TLC right down. Look at all t And look, a buy buggy. We all know how much how expensive these buy buggy says resell. If you were to find one on Facebook marketplace or something Because new is 1500 $1700 new. Try discount school supplies. Take a look at them. Take a look at their how much they charge. And you'll know it'so much easier to go t So let me continue in t I showed you before you get all these shelves. You get in. Yep, you get all these shelves, all these chairs, t And guess how much t All of the t $270. Wow. What a savings. $270. So if you lived at close to 7159 Okay.
