Sears Outlet Store

Hello my name is Troy. My disc worth community is Sears Outlet. I have been with Sears for two years now and I really enjoy it. Sears has been really good to me and I've learned a lot through the company. I've been with them for two years now and I just recently transferred to the Sears Outlet in Charlotte, North Carolina. I really enjoy it at the outlet because they have a lot more used merchandise other than the new stuff that I'm used to selling and with the used stuff you have a lot more leeway with prices and I can adjust it a little bit more than I could at the new store. That way I can do more wheeling and dealing and that's what I really enjoy doing stuff It really makes me happy. I can make the customer happy. I've also taught a lot to the employees at the Sears Outlet because the company split up a few years ago. Sears and Sears Outlet. The training isn't where it should be for the Sears Outlet employees so I brought a lot of stuff from the regular store that I've actually taught them. Stuff that they didn't know about with the computer system and stuff. Different ways to do things at the register and stuff I've really enjoyed working with the people there. They'really nice. They've been helpful to me. The managers are really nice too. They're very lenient on getting off work if I need to or if I'm sick or anything They also will give you vacation if you ask for it. They'really nice. They don't push you They know people's limits. At the regular Sears store they don't care about you. They all they care about is themselves and they will try and try to get you to do whatever they need you to do but they won't ask or anything They just tell you they give you a goal and if you don't meet it they get mad at you. At this store they set you a goal. If you come close to it they'll congratulate you even if you don't you'll be fine. I love Sears outlet. It's my favorite place I've ever worked at.
