Monogramming (up to 10 letters) is always included free of charge with purchase. 3 Letter Monograms will appear with a larger center letter (signifying the last name). For 3 letter monograms, enter initials: First, Last, Middle. Example: Janet Sego Lee would be: JLS. Monogram will be done in exactly the order you enter it. Due to the personalization of items, expect delivery within 10-15 business days or less. Shipping costs will be added if you are not in the area for local pickup. Return Policy: There are NO returns on personalized items, please order carefully. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is found to be defective or if an error was made with the embroidery or vinyl lettering design. To place an order choose one of the following two methods: 1. Comment below the pictured item you would like to purchase with: your email address for invoicing, color choice, size, initials for monogram, font choice, and thread color choice. 2. Message me with the name of the item you would like to purchase, your email address for invoicing, color choice, size, initials for monogram, font choice, and thread color choice. If the item is in stock, the turn around time is approximately 3-5 business days. If the item has to be ordered from the supplier, the turn around time is between 10-15 business days (or less). *Font choices can be found by clicking on the "Photos" tab and then clicking on "Albums" and viewing the album titled "Font Options."
