We're in Hayes Valley in San Francisco inside a shop called True Sake. They were the first sake shop outside of Japan. Let's check it out. The owner, Bo Timkin, is a purveyor of fine sake. He really knows his sake and the store focuses very heavily on the education of their customers. They want you to come in and leave with a stronger knowledge of sake. Just in the 20 minutes that I've been here, I've learned more than I ever thought I could.
