Hi, my name is Teri Ruby and we're in Chesapeake, Virginia. I had no plans of buying a pool, but my kids both shared with me that we need a pool. They're adult and they're on their own, but we need a pool here. So I figured by knowing somebody that I trust to get a pool, that was the first step. It's the best thing I ever did. There are a lot of pool companies and a lot of choices in Hampton Roads, and I can tell you when it came time for me to build a pool, there would be nobody I would trust more than solid structures. I've seen their workmanship. I can tell you they'll exceed every expectation you have. The first start with getting the pool was talking to somebody about the design. There were lots of choices and it was really up to me, but I was guided by people that knew what would look really well together. Came out, I looked at the yard, full consultation, no rush. We want to build you the pool of your dreams. The construction process was absolutely amazing. Every detail was shared with me to begin with. Every day I got to update what would go on. First day the pool was dug. Day two I had a pool in the yard. From there, every day when anybody came out to do work, I knew that they were coming. They were neat. They worked hard and they left the yard in even better shape than it was to begin with. This is probably a start for us. We just got what I thought would be a basic plain pool, which ended up being something extraordinary. But there's far other things that we can do from here. It's not heated yet. We could have it heated. We could add a backyard kitchen. I don't know if this is a start or a finish, but I can tell you I was pleased every step of the way. I would recommend solid structures to anybody that's looking to do a backyard design, no matter how big or how small. The entire process was well executed. Seeded my expectations.
