MediumRare Records & Collectibles PURCHASING PROCEEDURE MediumRare Records & Collectibles wants to purchase your quality new and used vinyl and collectibles. We are very discriminate in what we provide to our customers, therefore want only items that are in great condition or the best that can be expected for a specific vintage. We are prepared to pay more than the competition because we expect more and will purchase individual pieces or large collections. We are especially interested in: American Rock & Roll, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, British Invasion groups, Blues, R&B, Country Music (pre-1975), Jazz (pre-1970), cool and unusual album covers, toys, lunch pails, comics or anything relating to music or pop culture from this period. What We Want • Sealed or Used vinyl in any format (LP’s, 45’s, 78’s and misc. 10” formats) • 45 RPM Picture Sleeves • Factory printed Reel-to-Reel tapes in 3 ¾ and 7 ½ IPS formats • Sealed or near mint 8 Tracks tapes • Music, nostalgia and Rock and Rock-related collectible items and toys • Any cool or unusual 50’s, 60’s or 70’s item How We Pay • We pay in cash, company check or store credit depending on size of purchase. If you choose a store credit we will generally offer 10% to 15% more. Generally we will pay one to two dollars per used record album (higher if sealed), or make one lump offer for an entire collection. We will pay proportionately for 45 RPMs, generally offering between fifty cents and a dollar per record. Records with picture sleeves, promo copies or special releases will potentially have a greater value. For special items that have a value we will generally pay 20% to 25% of the mid-range “book” value. All items are open for negotiation and prices offered will vary based on the type, condition and rarity of each individual item.

We are at Medi And I gotta tell you, what an amazing store. It makes you nostalgic, so let's check it out. Every song I ever play, anything I touch in the store, it takes me directly back to some moment in time. Without exception, ever. One of the things we've tried to do here at Medi It's fun now because we are truly a family friendly and a family oriented record store. This is not just a place where record nerds come to sip two piles of dusty records to find that one gym or a place to come and seek information, get some knowledge, see some of the coolest stuff in the city. Another little side exposition, if you will, called Good News Week, which is a designed 1950-ish looking old fashioned newspaper stand. And I filled it full of nostalgic and rare old magazines. My concept there was, I don't know why I came here when I was going for a run, but I was going for a run one day and I thought, wouldn't it be cool to have a record store, I mean a magazine stand in my store where there was nothing but good news. And that's what I did and I'll be darned if it hasn'taken off. So as I walked into the store today Tatiana, I heard this alb Cuz we'll have fun, fun, fun till you.
