Gifts, decor and painting parties
Welcome to alydots! We offer open paint night, private parties (in store and travel), children’s birthday parties and custom gifts and décor! We do not offer drop in and paint hours. The retail end of the store is open on Saturdays from 11:00-5:30. How do you paint? Open paint nights: These are open to anyone. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Reservations will only be taken ONLY through email. Please RSVP to [email protected] with the following information 1. first and last name 2. phone number 3. date you are registering for 4. item to paint (Please be specific. Choices are listed in albums title $20 basic shapes, $30 monograms/initials. There are also seasonal albums for each.} On the monogram and name items please double check your spelling! I do not require prepayment (unless your name is cutout) but please take your reservation seriously as I only have 25 spots available in each class. Please do not register if you don't plan on attending. I understand that things come up, please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. I often have a waiting list for these classes and a lot of time goes into cutting these items. If your register for monogram/initial item and cancel you will be expected to purchase it unfinished as it was cut specially for you. It will not transfer to another class. Food and drinks are welcome! Classes take about 2-2.5 hours. We will start shortly after 6 so please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and get a seat. Due to limited seating there are only seats available for people attending the class. September Friday, Sept. 1 at 6:00 (no monograms/initials) Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 6:00 Friday, Sept. 8 at 6:00 *FULL* Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 6:00 Friday, Sept. 15 at 6:00 Monday, Sept. 18 at 6:00 Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 6:00 Friday, Sept. 29 at 6:00 *FULL* Private parties: I offer private parties in store or at your location throughout the month. They are 3 hour parties. There is a $25.00 deposit to book your date. It is non refundable and non transferable but will be counted towards your payment the night of the party. Classes are $20.00 a person for basic shapes, $30 for monograms/initials. Please message or text me for availability. In store: 10 person minimum M-Th, 15 person minimum Friday and Saturday. Travel to your location, 15 person minimum. Children’s birthday parties: The price is $150.00 and includes 10 children. Any child over that will be $12.00. It is a 2 hour party. One hour and 15 minutes to paint and 45 minutes for food/presents. These parties are available Saturday am or Monday and Tuesday afternoon/evening. There is a $25.00 deposit to hold your date. It is nonrefundable and nontransferable but will go towards your payment.
