First we're going to start with a wine from Bordeaux. It's Chateau Cheshie Descourus from the Grave region, which is, we showed you the map earlier, it's kind of south of the city of Bordeaux. So Grave is traditionally a little bit more Cabernet Sauvignon, but this one is kind of atypical because it's 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It's also 2005, which was one of the great ventures in Bordeaux in the last decade. Seems And you can start to, we don't have excellent lighting in here, but you can even with the lighting you can tell that it's a little bit browner, a little bit orange.
